Bonvanta Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Subscriptions purchased directly from Ukrainian Projects, L.L.C., doing business as Bonvanta. It does not apply to purchases of goods or services from businesses that use Bonvanta loyalty programs.
1. Free Forever plan
The Free Forever plan is provided at no charge. Because no subscription fee is charged, there is no payment to refund.
Free-plan features and usage limits may change as described in the Terms of Use.
2. 14-day Growth trial
Eligible Business Customers may receive one 14-day trial of Growth features without providing a credit card.
The trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan and no automatic charge is made when the trial ends.
Unless a paid plan is selected, the account returns to the Free Forever plan and becomes subject to Free Forever limits.
3. Paid monthly and annual Subscriptions
Growth Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, and automatically renew until cancelled.
The current price, billing unit, renewal frequency, taxes, and included features are disclosed before payment. At launch, Growth is USD 35 per month or USD 350 per year per location, staff login, package, or other unit identified at checkout.
4. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or billing settings in the Service. You may also email support@bonvanta.com from the account email address.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling a Subscription does not delete the account. Account deletion must be requested separately by email.
5. General non-refund rule
Except as stated below or required by law, Subscription charges are non-refundable and non-creditable after payment.
We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, reduced usage, failure to cancel before renewal, or switching to a free plan during a paid billing period.
6. Refunds and billing corrections we may provide
Duplicate charge: the same Subscription was charged more than once for the same billing period.
Verified billing error: the amount, plan, account, or billing period was charged incorrectly because of an error by Bonvanta or its payment processor.
Material technical failure: a paid feature was materially unavailable because of a verified Bonvanta or underlying-platform failure, the failure was reported promptly, and it could not be reasonably restored or worked around within a reasonable time.
Unauthorized payment: a payment was made without authorization, subject to identity and fraud review and without limiting rights available through the payment provider or card issuer.
Mandatory law: a refund, cancellation right, or cooling-off right applies and cannot legally be excluded.
A refund may be full or partial depending on the circumstances, the period affected, service already received, and applicable law.
7. Consumer cooling-off and withdrawal rights
A Consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, commonly within 14 days after the contract is concluded.
By activating a paid Subscription and receiving immediate access, you request that service performance begin during any applicable withdrawal period. If you withdraw after performance has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service provided up to the withdrawal date where permitted by law.
To exercise a withdrawal right, email support@bonvanta.com with your account email, order or invoice number, purchase date, and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the Subscription. A specific form is not required.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory Consumer rights.
8. Annual renewal notices
Annual Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We will provide advance renewal notices where required by law.
Qualifying Florida Consumers with covered 12-month service contracts will receive the legally required electronic or written reminder before the cancellation deadline.
9. How to request a refund or billing correction
Email support@bonvanta.com and include the account email, invoice or payment reference, charge date, amount, reason for the request, and supporting screenshots or documents if relevant.
Submit the request as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. Delayed reports may limit our ability to investigate payment, fraud, or technical records.
We may request identity, account, or payment verification. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Stripe, the payment network, and the financial institution.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel future renewals. You should also cancel the Subscription through the billing portal or by email.
We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is investigated and may provide relevant transaction and account records to Stripe, payment networks, banks, and dispute authorities.
11. Business Customer purchases and rewards
Bonvanta does not process refunds for products or services purchased from a Business Customer that operates a loyalty program. Contact that Business Customer directly.
Refunds, replacements, availability, expiry, and redemption of merchant rewards are governed by the Business Customer's own rules and applicable law.
